Shipping Within Australia 🚚

Processing Time: Give us up to 5 business days to get your order ready. Good things take time! 😉
Free Shipping? Yes, Please! Orders over $100 ship free (Australia only, no code needed!).
Standard Shipping: $10.95 (Tracked) – Arrives in 2-8 business days for most locations.
Express Shipping: $13.95 (Tracked) – Gets to you in 1-4 business days (but doesn’t speed up processing time).
Order Updates: You’ll get an email when your order is placed and another when it’s on the way with tracking info.

Once your goodies leave us, it's up to you to keep an eye on them. We’re not responsible for lost parcels, but if you run into issues, get in touch!

International Shipping 🌍

Delivery Time: 6-27+ business days (Some places take longer – patience is key!).
Shipping Cost: Around $20-$35 (Tracked).
Duties & Taxes: Any local charges are your responsibility.
Lost or Damaged? Once your order is shipped, it’s yours to track and cherish. We can’t replace lost parcels, but let us know if you have any trouble.

Returns & Refunds 💕

We want you to love your new beads, but returns won’t be granted if:
❌ Care instructions weren’t followed.
❌ You simply changed your mind (for hygiene reasons, sorry!).
❌ The item was marked as Seconds – check the pics before buying!

Our pieces are made with love and high-quality materials, but if something’s not right, contact us ASAP so we can help! If there’s a delivery issue, let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. All returns are at our discretion.

💪 Be gentle – don’t bend or flex them.
🐶 Keep away from pets & kids (for their safety AND your jewellery’s!).
💖 Care instructions are printed on each card for easy reference!

Sensitive Ears? We’ve Got You! 👂

Our earrings use stainless steel posts with nickel-free and lead-free backs, which are great for most sensitive ears. But if you’re extra sensitive, be cautious and stop wearing them if any irritation occurs.
